Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Distribution & Digital Trading in executing the overall distribution strategy.
- Map and assess existing broker and coverholder relationships in both the UK and US markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters to ensure new opportunities align with underwriting appetite and business objectives.
- Leverage insights from a dedicated analytics team to inform distribution strategy and track performance metrics.
- Attend market meetings and represent the company in occasional overseas engagements, primarily in the United States.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the London insurance market, ideally within broking, underwriting, business development, or a KYC-related function.
- Strong project management abilities and excellent organisational skills.
- Commercially minded with a talent for building and strengthening professional relationships.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable using data to support strategic decision-making.
