A fast-growing Lloyd’s syndicate is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join its dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your scientific expertise to real-world risk challenges in the reinsurance sector.
We’re looking for recent graduates with a degree in Geography, Geophysics, Oceanography, Climatology (min 2:1), or a related scientific field. You’ll support catastrophe modelling and risk analysis across global portfolios, working closely with underwriting and actuarial teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel; Python, SQL, R, or GIS a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork
No prior industry experience is required — just curiosity, rigour, and a passion for applying science to complex problems.
