Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic, globally recognised insurance environment? A leading specialty insurer is seeking a talented Catastrophe Analyst to join their high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of risk decision-making, supporting underwriting teams with cutting-edge modelling and portfolio optimisation. You’ll be responsible for recording and analysing exposure data, delivering insights that shape strategic decisions across multiple geographies. From pre-bind modelling to post-event analysis, your work will directly influence underwriting outcomes and regulatory reporting.

You’ll collaborate closely with underwriters, third-party modelling teams, and offshore partners, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the board. Your expertise will also help train junior analysts and support knowledge transfer across the business.

We’re looking for someone with a strong academic background (e.g. natural sciences, maths, geography), advanced Excel skills, and working knowledge of catastrophe modelling tools such as AIR or RMS. Familiarity with SQL, R, VBA, and PowerBI is a plus. If you’re highly analytical, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be your next big move.

In return, you’ll join a company that truly puts people first—offering a vibrant, inclusive culture, flexible working, and genuine career development opportunities. You’ll be part of a global organisation that values innovation, integrity, and diversity.

If you're passionate about risk, data, and making a real impact—apply now to explore this exciting opportunity.
