A successful and growing MGA is seeking a talented Senior Analyst or Manager with a strong background in Nat Cat and Aggregate Exposure Management to step into their first formal leadership role.
What’s on Offer:
- Lead a high-performing team of analysts supporting a +$500m portfolio across North American Property, Terrorism, and other 1st party lines.
- Own relationships with carriers, brokers, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee outsourced services and drive strategic exposure insights.
- Shape the firm’s Nat Cat and Terrorism modelling capabilities and contribute to business strategy.
You’ll Need:
- Strong technical expertise in Nat Cat modelling (AIR/Verisk).
- Proven experience in aggregate exposure management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of mentoring or managing teams.
