We are looking for a Workday Consultant to help lead on the implementation and Change Management.

Responsibilities and Essential Skills
- Proven experience in Workday implementation (HCM, Payroll)
- Strong Change Management expertise with a track record of driving adoption.
- Ability to design and deliver training and communications plans.
- Hands-on experience supporting BA requirements and testing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, stepping in to manage tasks and provide guidance when needed.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with a NPO
- Understanding of accessibility in Workday, as this will be key for communications rollout.
