Housing Systems Project Manager role, available on an up to 24 month FTC. This role will be instrumental in the adoption of the Housing Management System across the Housing service. Part of the role will look at the implementation of new modules from the supplier.
Working as part of a wider transformation function, the successful candidate will strong housing knowledge and experience implementing Housing Systems modules.
Role: Housing Systems Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 (some flexibility)
Location: Great London area – will get into specifics on a call. Hybrid working and the client are more interested in getting the right person vs someone who can be on-site 3/4 times a week
Contract type: Upto 24 month FTC
The essential skills and experience for this role are:
This person will work closely with the housing systems supplier and manage the relationship. Therefore the ability to hold them to account on agreed SLAs will be an important element of the role.

- Experience managing the implementing of housing systems modules
- Strong stakeholder management & engagement skills
- Project documentation experience
- Ability to help link technology change to a wider changing ways of working – systems as the enabler for change
