Civica CX Systems Improvement Officer

Civica CX Systems Improvement role available on a Permanent basis for a social housing provider.

This role will:

- Optimise and support our Civica Cx Housing Management System and related modules
- Make system improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring integration with other platform
- Manage data quality, create reports using SQL and Power BI
- Use strong technical skills in SQL and reporting tools

As for the finer details:

- Permanent
- £40-42k (some flex)
- Birmingham or London - can source candidate UK wide, with an expectation that sometimes you'll be needed onsite for key stage of the project
