Senior VDI Engineer – London | Technology Transformation

What you’ll do:
- Own and manage Citrix VDI infrastructure operations and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure resilience, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with architecture, service delivery, and vendors to deliver projects and operational excellence.
- Maintain monitoring, reporting, and disaster recovery arrangements.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience with Citrix XenDesktop, XenServer, Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, FSLogix, NetScaler, VMware ESX/Hyper-V.
- Expertise in scripting (PowerShell), automation, and ITIL processes.
- Proven ability to manage upgrades, migrations, and hybrid VDI environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications (Citrix/Microsoft) desirable.
Salary: Up to £64,000 + excellent benefits
Location: London – 2–3 days per week on site (Agile working available)
