Location: North West - Majority remote with occasional travel

What You’ll Do

• Lead NEC arrears implementation and configuration (letters, workflows, user setup).
• Act as the key liaison between IT and business teams - building strong relationships across neighbourhoods.
• Drive supplier engagement, manage upgrades, and deliver strategic roadmaps.
• Support system analysts and collaborate with contractors when needed.
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation across all NEC modules.

What We’re Looking For

• NEC expertise is essential, especially around arrears.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset - someone who thrives on making things happen.
• some SQL knowledge and NEC configuration experience (letters, templates etc).
• Experience in product ownership or business analysis within housing or similar sectors.
