We are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to join a dynamic team supporting the Housing and IT sectors. This role is crucial in ensuring users are effectively trained on key IT and housing systems, enhancing adoption and utilisation across the organisation.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in England, offered on a 3-month contract with a competitive daily rate of £350. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical staff to deliver high-quality training solutions for their Housing System.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for new and existing housing and IT systems.
- Create user guides, e-learning content, and training materials tailored to various user groups.
- Conduct workshops, one-to-one sessions, and virtual training using tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Assess training effectiveness and adapt approach based on feedback and system updates.
- Support the change management process by ensuring effective user onboarding and engagement.
- Provide post-training support to users and respond to queries efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Systems Trainer or similar role within the housing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of social housing systems, such as NEC, Cx, OpenHousing, ActiveH, QL or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software adoption principles and training best practices.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information into user-friendly formats.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within England for in-person training sessions.
