We’re on the hunt for a heavy-hitter in Data & Analytics to step into a pivotal interim role at a major global brand within the FMCG industry. This isn’t your average reporting gig. This role will shape the strategic direction of data-driven decision-making across the UK and beyond.
In this transformative role, you will be:
- Driving UK analytics, insights and performance to sharpen business strategy and execution.
- Leading the global shift from siloed chaos to centralised harmony across people, platforms and processes.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across functions to embed analytics thinking into the heart of the organisation.
- Overseeing both long-term transformation and short-term business-as-usual analytics operations.
This opportunity sits at the intersection of commercial insight and operational excellence. You'll need the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights, guide and develop high-performing teams, and influence at the most senior levels of a multinational enterprise.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a global enterprise.
- Track record of delivering analytics transformation on a global scale.
- Expertise in aligning data strategies with business objectives, enhancing data governance, and implementing best-in-class analytical platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Ability to lead with both strategic vision and operational precision.
What’s on offer:
- Base salary: £120,000 per annum
- 15% performance-based bonus
- £8,000 annual car allowance
- Hybrid working: 2 days on-site in Surrey (Tuesdays + one flexible day)
