We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Industries Technical Lead to join our team in the Energy and Utilities sector based in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a technically proficient architect-level professional who will lead client engagements, provide technical direction, and drive delivery excellence across a Vlocity implementation.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and a proven background in architecting and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for driving solution design, technical leadership and hands-on implementation of critical components, while collaborating closely with stakeholders in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) projects.
- Architect and build complex solutions using Omniscripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Data Transform tools.
- Design and implement Vlocity CLM components including Document Templates, Clause Library, State Models, and Actions.
- Develop custom components using LWC, Visualforce and Apex for both synchronous and asynchronous/batch processing.
- Configure Salesforce Flows and Triggers as required.
- Set up and migrate Vlocity Products and execute data migration activities for Vlocity Contracts.
- Integrate Salesforce with external platforms including Adobe eSignature, ESB or other middleware solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues across Apex, LWC, and Omniscripts.
- Use VBT Tools, Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code for solution packaging and deployment.
- Understand and implement solutions aligned to Salesforce Data Model, with focus on Vlocity ENU and CLM objects.
- Work in agile project teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews.
- Take ownership of all development deliverables and ensure quality through hands-on development.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor junior team members as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Industries solutions in the Energy and Utilities domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vlocity toolset including Omniscripts, FlexCards and CLM components.
- Proficiency in custom development using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods and middleware technologies.
- Proficient in version control and CI/CD deployment using Salesforce CLI and Visual Studio Code.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and own solution delivery.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Agile project experience and ability to adapt in a fast-paced delivery environment.
