Senior Data Analyst

The successful candidate will play a key part in implementing new systems and data platforms, aligning with the organisation’s vision for 2030.

Role Overview:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering insightful data analytics to support strategic and operational decisions within the organisation. Working closely with diverse datasets and stakeholders, this role will help optimise business performance and enhance reporting capabilities in a transforming environment.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong data analytics capability, with a focus on skills-led analysis
• Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and analysis
• Data modelling and manipulation skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Comfortable working in evolving and dynamic environments
• Understanding of housing datasets and regulatory reporting (SDR, TSMs) is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver data analytics and insights to inform business decisions
• Work across multiple housing datasets including management, repairs, and regulatory data
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and comprehensive business reports
• Support regulatory reporting requirements such as SDR and TSMs
• Contribute to predictive analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data adoption and usage
• Act as a visible data expert within the organisation, promoting best practices and data literacy (onsite presence encouraged)

Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within housing or similar sectors
• Proficiency with Power BI and data modelling tools
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (around 2 days per week onsite)
• Experience with regulatory reporting (desirable)
• Comfortable in a fast-changing, innovative environment
