Location: Remote
Contract: 5-6 months (Outside IR35, strong extension potential)

Gravitas is partnering with a leading education organisation to support the implementation and optimisation of their iTrent platform, with a particular focus on digitalising HR processes and Recruitment and Onboarding Modules.
Essential Skills
• Hands on configuration experience
• Strong communication – Ability to act as a bridge between vendor and end client
• Previously experience digitalising P files
• Real technical understanding of iTrent - Rec and onboarding modules
• Previous experience working in the Education sector
• Experience digitalising processes and driving efficiency
Desirable Skills
• Experience working within Education multi-site organisations
• Knowledge of document management systems
• Experience with DLX or similar products
Key Project
1. Define the Route to Full Digitalisation
2. Support ATS and Onboarding Implementation
3. Ensure System-Led, Scalable Design
4. Provide Design Assurance
