Salesforce Sales Lead

Role Overview:
The Salesforce Sales Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. They will leverage their network and industry expertise to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software, DXP platforms, or consulting services sales
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products, their business value, and competitive landscape
• Extensive network within the KSA market, particularly in enterprise and government sectors
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency preferred
• Proven success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing strategic deals
• Experience working with or within DXP partners and system integrators is a plus
• Ability to work independently and build C-level relationships
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end sales processes for Salesforce services, including implementation, consulting, and integration projects
• Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors such as travel, hospitality, real estate, public sector, telecom, banking, and retail
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
• Collaborate with strategy, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions
• Partner with Salesforce account teams and alliances to execute joint go-to-market strategies
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline development, and deal closure in the KSA market
• Stay informed on Salesforce innovations and market positioning to maintain a strong industry POV
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise software, DXP, or consulting sales, with at least 2 years focused on DXP solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and value proposition
• In-depth knowledge of the KSA market with existing enterprise or government network
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
• Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles and develop senior-level relationships
• Background in consulting or advisory roles within digital transformation
