Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
- Validation rules, automation, and configuration
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned to best practice
- Configure case management, knowledge, automation, and service processes
- Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems where required
- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Support release management and environment strategy
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to internal team members
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to upskill colleagues in Salesforce development and configuration
- Support continuous improvement and platform governance
