Project Manager (Contract)

Role Overview:
The Project Manager will lead delivery across two key initiatives: establishing a cross-functional approach for assessing and implementing GEO strategies, and migrating commercial customers onto a new property API. The role requires active engagement, ownership, and the ability to coordinate and challenge where appropriate to ensure successful outcomes within a collaborative environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience delivering tech-focused initiatives in a product-led environment
• Business analysis experience, including interpreting detailed inputs and clarifying requirements
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and traditional project management practices
• Understanding of website structure and software architecture
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and drive progress without direct authority
• Familiarity with Jira (desirable)
• Exposure to SEO / GEO or website optimisation work (desirable)
• Experience managing customer migrations or rollout programmes (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
• Own delivery across GEO and API migration initiatives, ensuring progress, alignment, and clear outcomes
• Translate external inputs into prioritised, actionable work for teams
• Establish and maintain lightweight planning, tracking, reporting, and governance processes
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive resolution across teams
• Collaborate on content structure, page design, and site organisation to achieve quick wins and operational improvements
• Plan and manage phased rollout of a new API, including customer segmentation and communication coordination
• Track adoption, manage exceptions, and support a smooth transition for customers
