Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and improving the organisation’s technical infrastructure, supporting projects centered around housing, assets, and repairs. The role plays a critical part in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that technical solutions effectively support operational needs and social goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Solid experience in SQL Database management, including writing queries and interrogating data
• Background in requirements elicitation and business analysis methodologies
• Understanding of APIs, web technologies, and familiarity with Windows server environments
• Experience managing work packages and navigating the full project lifecycle
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison between front-line teams and technical systems to facilitate effective communication and implementation
• Introduce and configure innovative systems across housing, assets, and repairs sectors
• Manage requirements gathering and conduct process mapping to improve operational workflows
• Support the integration of new systems through understanding of APIs and web technologies
• Contribute to project management activities, including managing work packages and overseeing project progress
• Provide technical support and documentation for system configurations and enhancements
• Travel occasionally to site locations, utilizing a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Requirements:
• Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for occasional site travel
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Experience with HMS Civica CX is essential
• Experience in the Devonshire area is desirable
• Ability to work on-site as required
