We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Consumer Goods Cloud experience to join our team on a 6-month+ remote contract, based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce CG Cloud with a strong understanding of the Retail Execution module. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in configuring and customising Retail Execution components, including capabilities such as in-store execution, store visit planning and KPI tracking. Experience with offline mobile applications and Salesforce mobile SDKs is essential to support field sales operations and deliver seamless user experiences in challenging connectivity environments.
The successful candidate must have working knowledge of CG Modeler and be comfortable integrating data models to create scalable CG Cloud solutions tailored for the consumer goods industry. Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components development skills are essential, coupled with experience in CI/CD best practices and version control systems such as Git.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable Salesforce CG Cloud solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions meet both technical specifications and business needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimising existing customisations and ensuring mobile solutions function effectively, both online and offline.
This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be able to work and communicate effectively with teams based in the UK. Previous consulting or enterprise project experience in the consumer goods sector is desirable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with specific expertise in Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Retail Execution module in CG Cloud.
- Experience building and supporting offline mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with CG Modeler and data modelling for consumer goods scenarios.
- Technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Comfortable with remote delivery and working independently.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
