Role: Digital, Data & Technology Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London - 4 days in office, 1 day from home
Salary: £49,000 – £52,000 p.a.
Gravitas is partnering with a forward-thinking Housing Association investing heavily in its digital, data and technology literacy/ strategy.
This role will support the Executive Team in the development of information technology, Data and Digital strategies, ensuring alignment with company priorities and effective operational delivery of the IT function and inspire confidence in the organisation’s IT systems.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong general IT knowledge (across applications, infrastructure, and data)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience/significant interest in data governance/quality
- Experience managing IT services and external contracts
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service focus
Desirable:
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Background in supporting digital strategies
- Project management experience
- Financial business planning
