An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a tenant centric Housing Association who are embarking upon a large scale system revamp! This is a unique opportunity for a well established Applications Analyst to progress further into a Senior position where you will be responsible for a small team.
The right candidate for this role will have an abundance of experience in Application Support in Housing.
Salary: £55,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: North West (Onsite minimum 2 day per week)

Essential Skills for this role
- Housing Management System
- SQL Skills
- Experience managing complex data projects within housing
- Strong understanding of systems integration and data flows
- Ability to manage technical upgrades and legacy system transitions
Desirable Skills for this role
- Familiarity with ITIL, Prince2, or Agile methodologies
- Skills with interfacing and integrating web services
- Team Management
- Experience planning and delivering user testing and training.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data architecture.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in the implementation / upgrade of a new web-based product leading the transition to a modern hosted solution and will be instrumental in utilising Microsoft Fabric to become the core data warehouse within the organisation.
