Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week on-site at various locations, including London
Salary: Dependant on Experience – c. £90,000 + excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Target Operating Models (TOM) across a complex programme
- Manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee iterative TOM development and implementation
- Drive integration activities including mergers and acquisitions within the programme
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent experience in the rail industry
- Proven track record in complex transformation programmes
- Strong background in operating model design and delivery
- Experience working with diverse suppliers and stakeholders
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and organisational integration
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels
