This contract opportunity is within the Social Housing sector, supporting teams to maximise the effective use of NEC through high-quality training delivery, clear documentation, and hands-on coaching. You will work closely with service areas to embed consistent processes, improve system confidence, and ensure best practice is followed across day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to service areas in NEC, tailored to varying levels of user ability and operational requirements.
  • Plan and conduct one-to-one training sessions, group workshops, and refresher sessions as required.
  • Create and maintain extremely strong documentation, including user guides, process maps, step-by-step work instructions, and knowledge base content.
  • Translate operational processes into clear NEC workflows and training materials that support consistent adoption.
  • Gather feedback from users, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to schedule sessions and support change activity during system usage improvements.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven NEC experience, with the ability to train end users effectively.
  • Experience training service areas in NEC within a busy operational environment.
  • Exceptional documentation skills, producing clear, structured, and user-friendly materials.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering one-to-one sessions and workshops.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Confident organising your own workload and prioritising multiple training demands.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience creating a training needs analysis and translating findings into a delivery plan.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving training outcomes.
  • Approachable and supportive style, encouraging user engagement and confidence.
