NEC Business Analyst
Our client is a leading organisation in the social housing sector, committed to delivering efficient services and fostering a supportive workplace culture. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong NEC Housing system knowledge to join their team. This role involves analysing current processes, assessing system support, and embedding improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. It offers a hybrid working environment with onsite presence for the first week, supporting a temporary project duration.
Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to support service areas by understanding their processes, evaluating system effectiveness, and recommending technical and procedural improvements to optimise system performance within the social housing environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with NEC Housing systems
• Ability to analyse end-to-end processes and produce clear documentation
• Stakeholder engagement skills at various levels
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in creating process maps, requirements, and user stories
• Familiarity with technical system configuration recommendations
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with service areas to understand their current processes and system use
• Review existing AS-IS processes and develop TO-BE processes as needed
• Design new processes that are practical, measurable, and aligned with service needs
• Assist in embedding new processes through stakeholder workshops and structured change support
• Produce detailed documentation including process maps, requirements, and artefacts
• Make technical recommendations for system configuration changes and modifications
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to validate solutions and support implementation
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience working in a social housing or council environment preferred
• Proven track record in business analysis, especially with NEC Housing systems
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on-site requirements
• Available to start on 30/06/2026 for a 2-week contract
