AVT Project Adoption Co-Ordinator
We are supporting an NHS organisation that is currently implementing a new digital transformation initiative. This role involves supporting the Trust’s ongoing AVT implementation programme by bridging the gap between technology deployment and clinical adoption. The position focuses on ensuring that innovative solutions are used confidently, safely, and effectively to improve patient care and clinician experience. This role is vital in promoting successful adoption, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment that values innovation and collaboration.
Role Overview:
The AVT Project Adoption Co-Ordinator will play a key part in coordinating clinical engagement, managing change, and supporting the adoption of new technology within the wider team. The role supports programme delivery through training, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and reporting, helping to ensure the successful integration of digital solutions across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• NHS experience
• IT projects coordination experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Training and floorwalking experience
• Experience with AVT or AI projects (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clinical stakeholders and align across specialties and groups
• Support change management and communication strategies for successful adoption
• Coordinate onboarding and readiness for phased rollouts
• Provide training support and monitor adoption progress
• Support user engagement, issue escalation, and safety oversight
• Capture user feedback for continuous improvement
• Track adoption, usage, and benefits reporting
• Assist with productivity improvements through increased clinic utilisation and patient throughput
• Prepare programme and executive-level reports on progress, risks, and outcomes
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• NHS work experience
• Experience in IT project coordination
• Stakeholder management expertise
• Ability to support training and change management
• Located on-site (Greater Manchester preferred)
• Availability to start on 29/06/2026 for a 2-week contract (potential further extension or future opportunities)
