Systems Training Specialist - Mosaic

About the Role
We are currently supporting one of our clients who are looking for a Systems Training Specialist with strong Mosaic expertise to lead the design and delivery of training across a complex social care environment.

You’ll ensure staff can use Mosaic and its reporting tools confidently and correctly, tailoring training to suit everything from frontline practitioners to more advanced users. This is a hands-on role focused on improving system adoption, data quality, and day-to-day usage.

Key Focus

• Delivering practical, role-based Mosaic training to a wide range of users
• Translating Mosaic workflows and processes into clear, usable guidance
• Creating and maintaining training materials aligned to system changes
• Supporting improved data quality and system compliance through training
• Working closely with teams to ensure training reflects real operational use of Mosaic

Essential Skills

• Strong, hands-on experience with Mosaic 
• Experience delivering systems training in a social care setting
• Ability to explain Mosaic functionality to non-technical users
• Experience designing targeted, user-focused training sessions
• Confident delivering training face-to-face and virtually

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Mosaic reporting tools or analytics platforms
• Experience creating e-learning or digital training content
• Familiarity with adult social care or children’s services processes
• Relevant training qualification or L&D background

Role Details 

• Inside IR35 
• Length of Contract - 6 months 
• Start - July 
• Day Rate - Circa £375 DOE 
• Hybrid - On-site for small number of working days to be agreed with the client in South London
