Contract Integration Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to lead the API integration between Juniper Mist and ServiceNow ITSM. This role will focus on designing and implementing connectivity between the two platforms, ensuring seamless automation of network provisioning, firmware upgrades, and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- API Integration:
- Develop and configure integrations between Juniper Mist’s open API interface and ServiceNow ITSM.
- Ensure secure authentication and data exchange (REST APIs, JSON payloads, OAuth).
- Process Alignment:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to map existing processes and align with Change Authorization Board (CAB) requirements.
- Document workflows for automated network provisioning and change approvals.
- Technical Design & Delivery:
- Define integration architecture and patterns (direct API or middleware solutions such as Microsoft Power Automate/Azure Logic Apps).
- Work closely with in-house network engineers to support technical implementation.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure integration adheres to security standards and organizational governance.
- Support CAB submissions for automation-related changes.
- Testing & Support:
- Conduct end-to-end testing of API integrations.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and ongoing support during rollout.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platform and its API capabilities.
- Familiarity with Juniper Mist networking solutions and automation features.
- Experience with middleware tools (Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or similar).
- Ability to work with Business Analysts to translate business processes into technical workflows.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, especially Change Management.
