Android Engineering Manager – Leeds (Hybrid)
We are currently hiring for an Android Engineering Manager to join a leading financial services company, based in Leeds!
This role will lead a talented team of 4–5 Android engineers, blending hands-on coding with engineering leadership. It’s ideal for someone already in an Engineering Manager position, or a Tech Lead ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll be working on greenfield projects, driving innovation in a key area of the business.

What we're looking for:
- Strong Android development experience (including Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, and MVVM)
- Comfortable staying hands-on with code when needed
- Previous team leadership or management experience
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £106,000
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Up to 15% pension contribution
- Hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite in Leeds
