We’re partnering with a fast-moving fintech startup building a next-gen neobank to hire a Contract Solutions Architect for an initial 3-month engagement.
They’re a tight-knit team (under 10 people), and need someone who can design scalable microservice architectures and guide technical direction across a modern, cloud-native stack.
The Role
You’ll be working directly with the CTO and engineers to:

Design and oversee microservices architecture for a new digital banking platform

Lead end-to-end solution design with an eye on performance, scalability, and simplicity

Collaborate with product and engineering in a lean, agile environment

Be hands-on when needed—this is not just a paper architect role
What They're Looking For

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in fintech or agency/consulting environments

Strong background in designing microservice-based systems

Comfortable working in small, highly collaborative teams

Proficiency with 1 or more modern backend languages: Kotlin, Python, Java, Rust, Go

Bonus: experience with payments, digital banking, or financial infrastructure
