Technical Project Manager – Data Analytics / AI

Role Overview:
The Technical Project Manager will support the delivery of data analytics and AI projects, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects that enhance data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
• At least 18 months’ experience in a project management role
• Exposure to technical, data, or software projects (e.g., data platforms, BI, AI, APIs)
• Confidence using project tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or Teams Kanban boards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A proactive, driven mindset
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to data, analytics, and AI
• Organize daily stand-ups, scrums, and manage backlogs and Kanban boards
• Translate technical discussions into clear project plans
• Track scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones to identify issues early
• Coordinate work across data, AI, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Produce concise progress updates for C‑suite and senior stakeholders
• Support change management and governance processes
• Champion good project hygiene through documentation, actions, follow-ups, and delivery discipline
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• On-site working environment required
• Experience working in structured delivery environments (e.g., consulting or large corporate)
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks is desirable
• Degree in Computer Science, Data, Analytics, STEM, or related field is a plus
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or credit industries is advantageous
