Demand Generation Lead

The role involves shaping messaging, executing multi-channel campaigns, and working closely with sales and product teams to optimise performance. It is vital in positioning the company’s offerings effectively to HR and People leadership, ensuring sustained business growth.

Role Overview:
The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies to enhance pipeline creation and support product launches. They will lead demand generation activities, enable sales through tailored content and tools, and shape messaging that resonates with senior HR audiences, all within a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in HR Tech, People Development, Coaching, L&D, or Employee Experience
• Strong background in product marketing and demand generation
• Ability to craft executive-level messaging for CHRO/CPO audiences
• Experience managing ABM, multi-channel campaigns, and GTM launch initiatives
• Comfortable working hands-on in a dynamic, early-stage environment
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams

Key Responsibilities:
• Own GTM strategy, including ICP, segmentation, pricing, launch plans, and cross-functional alignment
• Lead demand generation initiatives through multi-channel campaigns, ABM, and content strategies to create pipeline flow
• Develop sales enablement materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides
• Translate complex AI product capabilities into clear value propositions for HR leaders
• Manage full-funnel performance from awareness to SQL, optimizing campaigns and reporting on results
• Refresh and elevate the company’s positioning to resonate with senior HR, People, and L&D leaders
• Build and implement GTM plans for new features and product launches
• Partner with Sales to improve deal velocity, win rates, and enablement tools
• Run targeted ABM campaigns across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Create content supporting the funnel — from thought leadership to conversion assets
• Analyse campaign performance, optimise strategies, and report on pipeline impact
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to shape narrative, roadmap, and customer insights

Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in HR Tech or related fields
• Demonstrated success in product marketing and demand generation
• Strong communication skills for engaging senior audiences
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be on-site in the UK as required
