Senior Business Architect
Our client, a large-scale housing association, is embarking on an ambitious transformation driven by a new corporate strategy aimed at revolutionising service delivery and organisational operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Architect to work at the forefront of major transformation initiatives, partnering directly with senior leadership and stakeholders to influence and implement effective organisational change.
Role Overview:
The Senior Business Architect will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s transformation projects by shaping future ways of working, facilitating strategic conversations, and collaborating across teams. You will act as a key bridge between strategy and delivery, contributing to service design, organisational development, and process improvements across the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in service design, organisational design, or transformation programmes
• Ability to think enterprise-wide and manage complex, evolving environments
• Strong influencing, challenge, and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled at bringing clarity to ambiguity and facilitating strategic conversations
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the evolution of organisational structures, ways of working, and service delivery methods
• Facilitate discussions to define the future-state organisation and operating models
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, and senior stakeholders to support transformation activities
• Act as a bridge between strategy and real-world delivery, ensuring alignment
• Support projects spanning service simplification, process automation, system rationalisation, and data capability uplift
• Focus initially on discovery and visioning, then support delivery and wider transformation efforts
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience working in complex, evolving environments with a strategic mindset
• Based in London or Manchester (on-site), with hybrid working arrangements
• Available for a contract duration of approximately two weeks, starting on 20/05/2026
