Technical Delivery Manager - FinTech/Banking

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of complex projects, including cloud-based data platform transformations, AI-led platform replacements, automation initiatives, and SaaS integrations. You will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of delivery and ensuring successful project outcomes that directly influence the company's digital transformation journey. Your contributions will be essential in achieving key business objectives, making a tangible impact on the organisation’s future.
Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to lead and deliver critical technical programmes within the organisation's digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with multiple vendors, and ensure the successful execution of high-complexity projects aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex technical programmes
• Strong understanding of cloud environments
• Experience working with multiple vendors and integrations
• Background in FinTech or digital banking
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a portfolio of transformation projects including platform migrations, system replacements, and SaaS integrations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope and deliverables
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Manage relationships with vendors and other external partners
• Drive automation processes and data transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with best practices in cloud solutions and system integration
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Extensive experience in delivering complex technical programmes
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments
• Experience in FinTech or digital banking sectors
• Ability to work on-site for the duration of the project (hybrid working model)
• Availability to commence from 21/05/2026
• Availability for a 2-week contract

• Experience with AI-led platform replacements
