SITS Developers | FTC for 12 months | £49K – £60K | Remote
We are thrilled to be partnering with a Higher Education institute who are in the market for a SITS Developers to provide support and develop SITS:Vision to deliver new business transformation projects in accordance with the universities objectives.

Role: SITS Developer
Employment Type: FTC for 12 months initially
Location: Remote with onsite presence every 6 weeks
Salary: £49,255 - £59,881 (inclusive of £4,500 LWA)
Benefits: 30 days Annual leave allowance (+bank holidays and university closures) + matched Pension scheme
Essential skills:
- Experience with developing Student Record Systems (SITS:Vision)
- Strong database understanding SQL or Oracle
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
The Role
The post holder will be involved in the delivery of SITS implentation (release2 & 3) integration with finance processes using StuTalk to drive the utilisation. You are not expected to have integration experience, they've got people that can do integration work. You will be responsible for writing functional specifications and gathering requirements and bridging the communication gap with relevant stakeholders; ensuring the solution developed aligns with business needs.
You will play a key role in a major student journey transformation programme. Here, you will sit within the Implementation team reporting to the Programme Manager and will have the opportunity to change future ways of working, leaving your mark. This is a great opportunity for you to expand your skillsets from SITS in the longer term as the Finance integration project work is marketable both in and out of the Higher Education sector.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with the configuration of the Stutalk interface
- Demonstrable experience with Finance & SITS Integration
- Exposure to Microsoft low-coding and PowerApps
- Business analysis skill sets in gathering requirements and developing solutions
- Experience specifically with SAM Module in SITS
