A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Exposure Analyst to join a high‑growth advisory division within a global insurance group. This role offers a unique blend of client‑facing work and hands‑on exposure management within the Lloyd’s market.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with Exposure Management leadership to shape and deliver the exposure strategy for a syndicate operation. The role centres on non‑nat‑cat classes such as Casualty, Cyber, PV and PR, with broad interaction across brokers, underwriting, modelling and senior stakeholders.
This position provides exposure to a fast‑growing, analytically driven team operating at the intersection of (re)insurance advisory, capital solutions and the Lloyd’s market.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve the quality and flow of exposure data
- Support modelling across multiple non‑nat‑cat lines
- Contribute to the development of new views of risk
- Interpret and communicate model outputs
- Assist with Lloyd’s reporting (RDS, LCM, quarterly reporting, stress testing)
- Oversee utilisation and monitoring reports
- Produce analytics to support underwriting strategy
- Identify and mitigate data or model limitations
- Conduct sensitivity analyses
- Support documentation and exposure management processes
- Work closely with underwriting, operations and wider syndicate functions
- Experience in exposure management, catastrophe modelling or analytics
- Strong data manipulation skills and familiarity with vendor models (Casualty / Cyber advantageous)
- Understanding of accumulation control and model components
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting requirements (RDS, LCM)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- SQL and/or coding experience (or willingness to develop these skills)
- Relevant degree (Maths, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial, Engineering)
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in a growing market segment
- Exposure to diverse projects across the wider Advisory & Solutions division
