We’re currently supporting a northwest based Housing Association who are in the middle of a major transformation programme and are searching for a Senior Application Support Analyst who can help us deliver smarter, more connected housing services.

Title: Senior Application Support Analyst
Salary: £45,000
Location: Hybrid – Northwest (2 days per week preferred in office)
Contract: 18 Month FTC
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert for the Housing Management System and other critical applications.
- Lead on integrations and configuration for specific modules, including leaseholder management, rent setting, and rent analytics.
- Support additional systems Workforce management, Asset management, Compliance, and Financials.
- Play a key role in projects such as:
- Migrating infrastructure to Azure.
- Decommissioning legacy systems.
- Implementing MuleSoft for integrations.
- Expanding functionality through Salesforce.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential:
- Housing Management System experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Understanding of housing sector processes.
- Knowledge of Cloud Financials, and rent management.
- Experience with integration tools and cloud technologies.
