We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Loyalty SME/Product Owner to join our client, within the Consumer Goods industry in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading product strategy and development for Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions, with scope to contribute to other industry products. You will be the subject matter expert responsible for customer onboarding, solution design, and expert product advisory, with a strong focus on loyalty management.

As the Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business users to define and prioritise requirements, ensuring that solutions align with the needs of the Consumer Goods sector. You will provide leadership and vision for product capabilities and enhancements, championing Salesforce best practices and delivery standards. This position demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product direction and expertise for Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions within the Consumer Goods vertical.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and product SME for engagement with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive customer onboarding processes tailored to loyalty programme execution.
  • Align closely with Salesforce practice areas, collaborating on cross-functional Salesforce product opportunities.
  • Define product roadmaps and use cases unique to loyalty initiatives in the Consumer Goods sector.
  • Perform impact assessments and provide recommendations for enhancements based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintain constant awareness of Salesforce platform capabilities, updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or SME in Salesforce Loyalty Management, ideally within the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and platform offerings.
  • Practical experience implementing and scaling customer loyalty solutions on Salesforce.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams and prioritising competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £120,000 per annum
