We are urgently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 3-month period. The role is critical to maintaining momentum on time-sensitive requirements linked to Bus Franchising, including procurement activities and system readiness for next year’s launch.
Role: Senior Business Analyst (3-Month Contract – Bus Franchising)
Rate: Circa £450
IR35: Outside
Location: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:

Lead analysis and delivery across Workstream 5: Processes and Systems

Ensure continuity on key franchising areas:

Lost property
-
Network design: service permits
-
Network design: travel information (planned/unplanned events)

Uniforms

Target Operating Model (TOM)

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive implementation

Support procurement alignment and system integration efforts
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in transport or public sector projects

Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Ability to quickly assimilate complex workstreams and maintain delivery pace
