This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Systems Leader to step into a strategic management role driving digital transformation across the organisation.
- Role: Systems Manager
- Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Northwest – 3 days per week onsite
- Benefits: 30 days holiday (+bank), up 10% pension contribution, Healthcare cash plans and much more
- Proven experience managing and developing NEC Housing and associated applications
- Strong technical expertise in system configuration, integration, and database administration
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience delivering digital transformation and change projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams
- Familiarity with housing sector compliance and service delivery
- Strong documentation and governance practices
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Development, configuration, and integration of core systems
- Leading digital transformation projects from design to post-launch support
- Supporting the ICT Systems Service Delivery Team to enhance internal customer experience
- Driving system optimisation aligned with strategic goals
- Managing software change approvals, testing, and deployment
- Acting as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and development team
