About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to work on project-based development, focusing on building new features, integrations, and enhancements to support our Salesforce environment. This is an exciting opportunity within the legal sector, particularly focused on law enforcement and collective redress, offering the chance to make a real impact through cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement declarative configurations such as complex flows, dynamic lightning pages, custom fields, objects, and metadata.
  • Develop programmatic solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and platform APIs.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments using Gearset, and support post-deployment with hypercare.
  • Lead integrations with third-party tools and internal systems.
  • Ensure accurate data migration and high standards of data quality across the platform.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Apex programming, including Invocable Apex, Batch Apex, and Apex Callouts.
  • Proficient with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration techniques.
  • Experience developing with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
  • Familiarity with deployment processes via SFDX and Visual Studio Code.
  • Confident with both programmatic and declarative Salesforce features.
  • Experienced in handling complex metadata deployments and data loads.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Litify or similar managed packages.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I or II.
  • Use of Titan platform tools like Titan Web and Titan Sign.

Salary: £55,000
