With offices across London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool, the organisation combines legal expertise with strong operational and technological infrastructure.
Role Overview
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for building and enhancing the firm’s Salesforce environment through both declarative and programmatic configurations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to implement solutions that meet business requirements. They will own deployment processes, manage integrations, and support data migrations, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and post-go-live support.
Key Skills & Experience
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Make declarative Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, lightning pages, custom fields and objects, dashboards and reports
- Develop programmatic configurations, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and API integrations
- Manage deployments using Gearset, ensuring successful project implementation and support post-go-live
- Lead Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and data migration activities
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation best practices and order of operations
- Proven experience with Apex and Apex-based solutions such as Invocable Apex, Batch Apex, and Apex callouts
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and external system integration
- Experience building and maintaining Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages
- Ability to handle custom metadata types, custom settings, platform events, and project work independently and collaboratively

- Experience with Litify managed package
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Trailhead Certifications, especially Platform Developer I and II
- Experience with Titan applications, particularly Titan Web and Titan Sign
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Change team and stakeholders to develop Salesforce solutions
- Configure declarative elements such as flows, page layouts, and validation rules
- Develop Apex code and Lightning Web Components for custom features
- Lead and manage Salesforce deployments across environments, including data loads and data quality assurance
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems
- Support data migrations, ensuring accuracy and integrity during implementations
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, with strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations
- Experience working on project-based Salesforce development activities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on-site presence as required
- Availability for a 2-week assignment starting 15/07/2026
