EdTech Startup | London (Hybrid) | £50,000–£55,000 + up to 9% bonus
A fast-growing, award-winning EdTech startup is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale a product used by a significant share of UK students and institutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn strategy into shipped features, working closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales.The Role
- Translate product strategy into clear initiatives, delivered end-to-end across engineering, design, QA, marketing and sales.
- Own product quality — well-scoped features, clear specs and tickets, close collaboration with engineering on releases.
- Use data (GA4 or similar) to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritise across user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities and timelines.
- 5+ years in digital product management — proven ownership from idea to delivery matters more than years.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on product analytics experience (GA4 or similar).
- Comfortable working closely with engineering, design and QA to ship high-quality product.
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communicator, UK-based, able to attend a London office occasionally.
- £50,000–£55,000 base + up to 9% bonus (est. £55k–£60k total comp).
