Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams? We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 3–7 sales professionals, driving growth and building relationships with technical stakeholders across the UK.

🔍 About the Role:

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a talented team and executing a high-impact sales strategy. You’ll work closely with technical buyers—such as CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Leaders—to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth business at a pivotal stage of expansion.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–7 Sales Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on engaging technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs and market trends.
  • Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and coaching.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, client meetings, and strategic presentations.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a passion for team development.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
