Job Opportunity: Systems Assistant (SaaS & CRM)

Location: London – On site fulltime
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
We’re working with a London-based property firm that owns, develops, and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate across the city. Known for delivering architecturally distinctive spaces and modern workplace environments, they operate from prime central locations and support a wide range of tenants and business functions. As they continue to invest in scalable systems and operational excellence, they’re now looking for a proactive Systems Assistant to join their team.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership—supporting business operations, enabling cross-functional teams, and ensuring data quality across integrated SaaS platforms like HubSpot.
Ideal Experience
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub)
- Experience configuring pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer success
- Familiarity with data management (CSV imports/exports, deduplication, compliance)
- Basic technical understanding of integrations and APIs
- Excellent communication and training skills for working with non-technical users
- Bonus: HubSpot Administrator or Solutions Partner certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure and customise HubSpot to meet evolving business needs
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings across SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system logic
- Support integrations with other tools and maintain system performance
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR/CCPA policies
- Document processes and provide training to internal teams
- Stay up to date with new features and recommend workflow improvements
