Software Engineer (Full-Stack / Backend)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and technically confident Software Engineer to help build and scale our core systems. You’ll own major pieces of work end-to-end — from architecture to production deployment — and collaborate closely with product and commercial teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for users.
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in building clean, maintainable systems that move the business forward.
What You’ll Do

Build reliable, scalable systems — design and develop backend-heavy infrastructure powering complex integrations, workflows, and internal tooling.

Own blocks of work — take large, undefined problems from idea to deployed product, making smart decisions and delivering high-quality solutions.

Collaborate deeply — work hand-in-hand with product and commercial teams to shape features, understand users, and influence product direction.

Champion engineering quality — bring strong principles, write clean and maintainable code, and continuously improve our engineering practices.

Experienced and technically confident — 2–3+ years building production-grade systems in fast-moving environments.

The Interview Process

Intro Call (CTO) — 15–20 minutes: Discuss your background, ambitions, and fit with the team.

Intro Call (CEO) — 15–20 minutes: Dive deeper into your experiences and motivations.

Take-Home Coding Test — 2–3 hours: Demonstrate how you approach problems and write production-ready code.

On-Site Interviews — ~2 hours: Review your coding submission, design a new system, meet the team, and explore the product hands-on.

Final Chat with Founders — ~1 hour: A final discussion to ensure mutual fit and alignment.
