One of our Not-for-Profit clients in looking for a Programme Manager (Performance & Planning) on an interim basis to support the strategy, planning and performance functions for the remainder of 2025.
The role involves coming up with processes and defining better measures across the business, for better planning in 2026. Planning will need to align with the overall business strategy and dependencies will need identifying. Due to differences in planning maturity between departments, some business areas will require more work than others.

Job Details
- Day Rate: £450-£500
- IR35: Outside
- Location: Hybrid/Remote - Occasional Visits to London office
- Contract Length: 3 months initially
Essential Skills:
- Experience with Strategy, Planning, Metrics and Data
- Experience setting up annual planning processes from scratch / making improvements
- Experience with data presentation (excel)
- Comfortable liaising with c-suite stakeholders
Desirable Skills:
- Charity sector experience
- Experience running Reports from PowerBI and Excel
