We are currently supporting a Public Sector client in their recruitment for a Technical Architect
This role will contribute to exciting initiatives like ITSO Account Based Ticketing, cEMV, digital wallets, multimodal integration, and the development of a new mobile app & website.
Technical / Solutions Architect
8-month contract (potential extension) | £550 - 600 per day
Key responsibilities:
– Integrate various systems (HOPS and customer management BO)
– Lead system integration testing (SIT) – create/update test plans & scripts
– Support UAT and BAU activities
– Create and maintain solution designs, process flows, and user guides
– Work with APIs, payment portals, IVR, websites, and account-based ticketing solutions
– Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure value for money
– Bonus: Experience with bus franchising
