Housing Technology Project Manager
Our client is a software provider offering solutions and consultation to the Social Housing sector. In this client-facing role, you’ll work with multiple Housing organisations and Councils as they progress through different stages of their systems journey—helping ensure delivery is on track and aligned to their needs. This role is important because you’ll step in at the delivery stage, supporting customers in making effective use of the organisation’s tools.
Role Overview:
The Housing Technology Project Manager sits within a team that includes other project management resource and technical staff who build specific solutions for customers—ensuring delivery runs smoothly from coordination through to successful implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Housing Management Systems, Asset Management, Repairs, or Mobile workforce knowledge
• Experience working on technology-enabled projects
• Strong stakeholder management with Housing organisations and Councils
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a client-facing project point of contact throughout delivery
• Work with customers at different stages of their systems journey
• Coordinate delivery activities in partnership with technical staff building specific solutions
• Ensure the delivery stage is executed effectively (separate sales function handles new business)
Requirements:
• Permanent role (UK permanent)
• Relevant knowledge of Housing Management Systems, Asset Management, Repairs, Mobile workforce or similar
• Ability to work remotely (fully remote working is indicated)
