A rapidly growing Lloyd’s market reinsurer is looking for a Catastrophe Risk Analyst to join its Risk Analytics and Data Science team. This central function supports exposure management, catastrophe modelling and data‑driven insights across multiple reinsurance classes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a degree in natural hazards, physical geography or a related subject who has strong analytical skills and an interest in building a career in risk and catastrophe analytics. Working closely with underwriting, actuarial and capital teams, you will analyse portfolio exposures, run and interpret catastrophe models, support accumulation monitoring, and contribute to stress and scenario testing. You will also work with large datasets, help develop analytical tools and dashboards, and provide insight to support underwriting decisions.
