Job Opportunity: UX Lead (Experimentation)

Location: London – 2 days/week on-site
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
We’re working with an commercial organisation that’s scaling a modern SaaS platform used by major clients across energy, housing, and home services. With a strong focus on experimentation, analytics, and customer impact, they’re building out their product capabilities to support rapid iteration and data-informed decision-making. They’re now looking for a hands-on Experimentation Lead to join their collaborative product and engineering teams. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy—leading experimentation strategy, managing analytics tooling, and helping squads validate ideas quickly and effectively.
Ideal Experience
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience designing and running product experiments across agile teams
- Familiarity with tools like PostHog or similar product analytics platforms
- Understanding of data pipelines and how to translate insights into action
- Agile mindset with a bias for creativity, iteration, and speed
- Bonus: Background in development or data engineering, with a desire to lead experimentation programs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own experimentation strategy across 8 scrum teams including Developers, Testers, Designers, Product Managers and Engineering Managers
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape hypotheses and test logic
- Scale internal tooling and observability platforms
- Support client-facing initiatives and work closely with success teams
- Champion a culture of fast iteration, transparency, and data-informed decisions
- Help squads move quickly and validate ideas with confidence
